Games Global Boutique Studio Releases – a 2026 Roundup

It’s been a busy opening to 2026 for the Games Global studio network.

Here’s a rundown of what’s been released from the boutique partners so far, covering gameplay mechanics, bonus features and design.

TRIPLE EDGE STUDIOS

Book of Oz Magic 5 Power Combo Released: 29 January 2026

Set on a 5×3 grid that can expand up to no less than eight rows, this one blends the established Book of Oz formula with a layered modifier system. Up to five different Power Combo boosts can combine simultaneously during the base game with extra Wilds, symbol upgrades and multiplier stacking. Three Scatters trigger Free Spins, where a chosen modifier stays active throughout the round.

RTP is 96.06% at medium-high volatility, with a max win of 5,495x. The coin collection system runs across all game modes and feeds into the jackpot tiers.

It’s a slow-burn title which will suit some players more than others. Fans of the Oz brand will recognise the aesthetic immediately: emerald palettes, stained-glass detailing and the franchise’s signature illustrative style.

SLINGSHOT STUDIOS

Wacky Panda Power Combo Released: 18 February 2026

A sequel to the 2017 original, keeping the three-reel, three-row setup and bamboo forest setting but adding considerably more mechanical depth. The base game is simple enough, but the Link&Win bonus round is where it opens up, expanding to a 5×5 grid and introducing up to three simultaneous Power Combo modifiers. The Hyperspins mechanic lets you re-spin individual reels independently, and the Upsizer option enhances the bonus grid layout.

RTP is 96% with agressive volatility. The panda characters are rendered with the same expressive, cartoon-like quality as the original, which gives it a lighter visual tone than a lot of the competition.

Straightforward on the surface, more complex underneath.

PEARFICTION STUDIOS

4 Spicy Frenzy Loot Collect 2026

The fourth entry in PearFiction’s Lock-N-Win series, this time with a Day of the Dead and Mexican festival theme layered over the trademark chilli pepper imagery. The Free Spins round features four separate modifiers, expanding reels, cascades, jumbo symbols and a bonus reel that can award cash prizes and jackpot upgrades. All four can fire off together, which is where the ceiling of 25,000x comes from.

It’s the highest max win in the series to date and the most feature-dense entry PearFiction has released in this format. The visual design is detailed without being cluttered, heavy on warm reds and golds with animated marigold motifs throughout.

GAMEBURGER STUDIOS

Fishin’ Bigger Pots of Gold 2026

Gameburger extends the Fishin’ Pots of Gold franchise with a format that pushes the collect mechanic further than the previous entries. Flynn the leprechaun returns as the central character, fishing for money symbols while fixed jackpot pots sit as collection targets throughout the bonus. A multiplier trail builds across the Free Spins round, which adds a sense of progression that the earlier titles in the series lacked.

The slot leans into the established visual language of the franchise, green and gold colour palette, waterside setting, cartoonish but well-produced character animation. It’s comfort viewing for players who already know the series, with enough added mechanics to justify the release.

But we are thinking that they need to come up with some new games? They are flogging this one a bit.

Fishin’ Pots of Gold: Gold Blitz Ultimate Fever Boost Early 2026

A 6-reel release built on a 5-4-4-4-4-5 layout giving 6,400 ways to win. This one consolidates several mechanics from across the Fishin’ Pots series into a single title, Gold Blitz, Fever Boost, the collect system and the jackpot pots all running together. RTP tops out at 96% across several available versions, with stakes from 0.20 to 50.

It’s a dense release and it does feel like it’s carrying a lot of features at once. Whether that reads as generous or cluttered will depend on how well you know the existing franchise mechanics. For regulars of the series, it functions as a greatest-hits format.

But referencing my earlier point (above), let’s have some new themes Gameburger!

WISHBONE GAMES

Baozang: The Legend of 3 Coins 2026

A 5-reel title built around an Eastern temple setting, all wooden gate framing, lantern lighting and gold detailing. The mechanic centres on prize coin collection, with special coins landing on the reels and building toward jackpot triggers. The respin round adds progressive multipliers and Mystery symbols into the mix, which is where the bigger prize potential sits.

It’s a quieter title compared to some of what else is out this year, more considered in its pacing. The visual production is strong and the setting is handled with more care than the genre average.

Where Things are Going in 2026

The clearest trend across the Games Global network this year is the Power Combo mechanic, which Slingshot, PearFiction and Gameburger are all bringing out to play in different configurations. Stacking multiple modifiers simultaneously gives operators more replay and gives players more variance in how bonus rounds develop.

Franchise extension is also dominant. Book of Oz, Fishin’ Pots of Gold and Spicy Frenzy are all proven performers receiving upgraded engines rather than a new IP from scratch. It is a conservative approach commercially, but it keeps acquisition costs down and players oriented around familiar brands.

There is a danger of “same ole, same old” with this approach though, they need to get the balance right and find the next smash hit.

The King Millions progressive jackpot is being rolled out across multiple studio titles this year as well, which gives the network a shared jackpot layer that individual releases can tap into without building their own standalone progressive network. That’s good for players too.

Gameburger in particular have signalled that 2026 will push their Power Combo work further, so expect more activity on that front from that studio as the year develops.
