History of Eyecon Slots

The company was launched in 1997 by slots players in Brisbane, Australia who used their passion for games to develop some unusual titles that stood out from the crowd. Their first game was “Gore”, a computer game and it wasn’t until 1999 that they started focusing on slots. They are a creative bunch, launching bold, brash and fast games that work like a charm on mobile devices and that really deliver on player experience. They are big on bingo slots and Slingo games.

Games like Fluffy Favourites are popular with the ladies and slots like Stampede round off their offering giving them wide appeal. Some of their most successful games include Fluffy Favourites (launched in 2006), Heartburst, Shaman’s Dream, Sugar Train, Irish Luck and Twinkle.

In 2015 they opened a European hub in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and in 2017 they were bought by Playtech. Shortly after, Eyecon launched Clover Rollover 2 which was the sequel to the original Playtech game.

The Brisbane office remains the technical hub for the team.

In 2020, they continued the innovation with the launch of Megastar Tournaments.

Heartburst
