OK- here’s a game that you should play with the lights switched on! The Dracula slot is one of Netent’s online video slots, designed in tandem with movie house Universal Studios and themed on their Dracula movies. You’ll be well entertained with this one thanks to some superb graphics and animations, plus a chilling soundtrack and a whole bunch of special features including Wilds, Free Spins, Stacked Wilds and the ‘Bat’ feature.
More on this innovation below.
This is the game that changed the game for graphics in slots games and inspired their later hits like the Jimi Hendrix Slot and the Guns n Roses slot (part of the Net Ent Rocks range).
The RTP of the Dracula Slot is 96,58%- it’s a 5 reel game with 4 rows and 40 pay lines.
And it’s scary! The first time Dracula bared his bloodthirsty fangs at us, I swear, we almost fell back out of our chair. If this is too chilling for you, Net Ent also do some cute games like the Go Bananas slot (with a monkey theme). It’s your choice! The Dracula slot is where the really amazing graphics started appearing on Net Ent slots- stuff that we now take for granted on game like their Guns and Roses Slot.

Net Ent slots are getting quite a reputation for their graphics and animations. This must be pushing the designers to new heights, as they have really gone for it on this vampire themed game, which I guess is seeking to piggy back on some of the success enjoyed by other slots in this genre, most notable Immortal Romance – one of a range of Microgaming slot machines, being one of their most successful titles.
How to Play the Dracula Slot
OK- pay attention, as there are some pretty neat features on this slot that you may not have seen before. You can always test them out on our free demo above if you get tired of reading the text.
The Dracula slot has 5 reels, 4 rows and 40 pay lines. You can change the bet level AND the coin value per spin, respectively from 1 to 10 and from €/$/£ 0,01 up to €/$/£ 1,00 depending on your home currency. Winning combos are made up from left (reel 1) to right (reel 5). There are also Wilds, a Bat feature (which changes symbols), Stacked symbols that trigger the Free Spin mode and Stacked Wilds.
The red ‘W’ symbols is wild, and appears in the base game and the Free Spins round. Wilds can make up winning combinations by swapping out for other symbols. They always make up the highest win possible.
The Bat Feature
No, this has nothing to do with Batman’s Cave or indeed the Dark Knight Slot Game.
The Bat feature in this slot concerns Dracula, who hangs out to the left of the reels (and snarls at you if you win), changing his form into a bunch of bats that will flock over the reels.
Watch out for where they land, as when they do, a random number of symbols will change- it could be any symbol (they will all be the same which is good for making up winning combinations)- it could even be the blood red W which is the Wild symbol- even better. You might even see all twenty 20 symbols across the reels change. Again, good for wins.
In the base game, Dracula changes into the bats at random. In the free spins game, he goes completely Batty and will change after every spin. Nice!
In the base game Stacked symbols can land on reel 2 (Dracula) and reel 4 (his girlfriend Mina). When you see Stacked symbols at the same time they will set off ten Free Spins. You can’t get Stacked symbols during the Bat feature.
Free Spins, Stacked Wilds and Other Goodies.
In the Free Spins game the Dracula slot, every spin is Bat Day – the Bat feature kicks off every time. Also, Stacked Wilds can land on the middle reel that will make up winning combos as usual, but will also net you 2 more Free Spins.
You can play the Dracula slot with 1 to 10 or 40 fixed pay-lines (you choose) and seven coin values from $/€/£ 0,01 up to $/€/£ 1,00 (0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.50 and $/€/£ 1,00 are your options.
Scary! But good fun. The Dracula slot continues the Net Ent tradition of highly entertaining visually animated slot games.
However, this is a low to medium variance slot (smaller wins more often). If you prefer a high volatility game that pays out in a big adrenaline rush, but then can have quiet periods, you might be better off playing the Invisible Man slot from Net Ent. Or you could try the Great Blue Slot from Playtech, which is another of our high variance favourites. It is about as far away from a Dracula slot as you can get though.
